Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the RentASet platform, accessible at rentaset.com. RentASet is a platform that connects studio owners (photo, podcast, green screen, voice-over) with content creators in Belgium.
2. Registration
Registration is free and open to any person of legal age. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. Services
RentASet allows studio owners to publish listings and creators to book time slots. The platform handles matching, payment processing and messaging between users.
4. Commission
RentASet takes a 17.5% commission on each confirmed booking. This commission is included in the price shown to the creator and covers Stripe payment processing fees, platform costs and customer support.
5. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are subject to acceptance by the owner. Payment is only made after acceptance. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Cancellations are possible under the conditions defined by each owner.
6. Liability
RentASet acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for disputes between users. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the compliance of their premises.
7. Intellectual property
The content of the platform (design, logo, texts) is protected by copyright. Photos published by users remain their property.
8. Governing law
These ToS are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
