Terms of use

These terms of use govern access to and use of the RentASet platform (rentasetpro.be), published by Norde SRL. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

• Platform: the RentASet website and application.
• Host: professional user who publishes and rents out a studio.
• Renter: user who books a studio.
• Content: any information published by a user (listings, reviews, messages).

Registration is free and reserved for adults. The user undertakes to provide accurate information, to keep their credentials confidential and to inform Norde SRL of any unauthorised use of their account.

RentASet is a marketplace. Norde SRL is not a party to the rental contracts concluded between hosts and renters. The relationship with professional hosts is governed by Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online intermediation services.

When using the platform, you undertake to:

• Use the platform in accordance with the law and these terms.
• Not publish unlawful, misleading, defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights.
• Not circumvent the platform's payment system.
• Respect other users in messaging and reviews.

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the conformity of their premises. Norde SRL may moderate, suspend or remove content or an account in the event of breach, report or for security reasons, respecting users' rights.

The platform's elements are protected and remain the property of Norde SRL. By publishing content, the user retains ownership of it and grants Norde SRL a non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the operation and promotion of the service.

Norde SRL strives to ensure the availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.

Norde SRL's liability is limited to the intermediation service. It cannot be held liable for disputes between users or for damage resulting from the use of a studio.

The user can delete their account at any time from their settings. Norde SRL may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms.

Norde SRL may amend these terms. Users are informed of substantial changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are supplemented by the Terms of sale, the Privacy policy, the Cookie policy and the Legal notice.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the district of Norde SRL's registered office, without prejudice to the consumer's rights.
