Urgent requests related to an ongoing booking (payment, studio access, host contact) are prioritised and usually receive a reply within a few hours during business hours. If you prefer to email us directly, you can use support@rentasetpro.be for user support and partners@rentasetpro.be for partnership or press inquiries. Logged-in hosts can also open a ticket in one click via the "Contact support" button in their dashboard sidebar, which auto-fills their identity and sends the message without leaving the page they are working on.
Payments on RentASet go through Stripe, which handles transaction security. If your payment was declined, first check that your card is enabled for online payments and that the limit is not reached. If the charge went through but the booking does not appear in your dashboard, contact us with the exact date and time of the attempt and the email address of your RentASet account: we can reconcile the transaction on Stripe's side within minutes.
Possible reasons: admin moderation has not yet approved the listing ("Pending" status in your host dashboard), your weekly availability is empty for the searched slot, or the studio is filtered out by the service type the visitor is looking for. Check these three points in the studio listing first, and write to us with the full link if everything looks correct.
