The publication manager is the legal representative of Norde SRL, reachable at kriss@norde.be.
3. Hosting
The application is hosted on a virtual private server (VPS) at Infomaniak Network SA (Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland). Some services are provided by external processors: the database and files by Supabase (European Union region), payment processing by Stripe, email delivery by Resend and audience measurement by PostHog.
4. Intellectual property
All elements of the site (structure, texts, logo, visual identity, code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Norde SRL, unless otherwise stated. Content published by users (photos, listing descriptions) remains their property. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
5. Disputes and mediation
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, any consumer may resort to mediation. Norde SRL falls under the Consumer Mediation Service (Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels - mediationconsommateur.be).
